What We Help With

Everything apps require, organized into a clear plan.

College applications involve more than essays. We help students manage the entire process from beginning to end with a high-touch point. Between deciding where to even apply to shaping narratives, completing activities, reviewing details, and preparing for submission, we're here to support you through each and every step.

From strategy to submission, our role is to make the process feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable.
Strategy & Planning

Before students write, they need a plan.

We help families clarify preferences, priorities, deadlines, application strategy, and the order in which everything needs to happen.

Essays & Application Materials

Ideas become stronger when students know what's worth saying.

We help students turn brainstorming, rough drafts, and app details into materials that feel thoughtful, compelling, and authentic.

Review & Submission

As deadlines approach, details matter.

We help students polish, prepare, check (and double-check) their apps for submission with more confidence. No last-minute surprises!

Our Essay Philosophy

Your student’s application should sound like them.

We don't write essays for students, and we don't believe strong applications come from replacing a student’s voice. Instead, we help students think more deeply, organize their ideas more cohesively, clarify what's most compelling to say, and refine their writing so it becomes stronger while still remaining true to them.

Senior Year Timeline

Applications move quickly. We help families stay ahead of every phase.

Every student’s timeline is different, but senior year usually follows a familiar rhythm — a sequence of decisions, drafts, follow-through, and submissions. We help students understand what matters now, what can wait, and what needs to be ready before the next deadline.

Turn planning into progress

Students continue essay development, begin supplemental essays, complete major application sections, request recommendation letters (if not already completed in Junior year), record a GLIMPSE/introduction video, prepare scholarship applications, and finish supplemental or portfolio materials.

Manage the busiest stretch, apply Early

Early apps, UC/CSU apps, financial aid, scholarship deadlines, and school-specific supplemental materials often overlap — all while students are in the thick of writing essays, completing schoolwork, and studying for midterms. This is often one of the busiest periods to push through. Onward we go!

Final push → complete & submit all apps

Students finish their remaining essays, finalize Regular Decision submissions, receive Early cycle results, check portals regularly, handle any deferred decisions by writing a Letter of Continued Interest, and make sure all required materials have been sent.
