Payments Information

We accept several different payment methods:

  1. We use Stripe as a payment partner to accept both US-based credit cards and ACH.

    • For credit cards, we do charge a 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee for each transaction, or 3% of the total amount, whichever is lower.

    • For ACH, there is no additional processing fee.

    • Please note that we do not ever store your payment information ourselves and it is all handled by Stripe.

  2. Zelle bank transfer (“Eritus LLC”, hello@eritus.co)

  3. Checks (made payable to “Eritus LLC”)

  4. Cash

For Zelle, Checks, and Cash, no fees are charged beyond the invoice amount listed. If you do wish to pay in cash or check, you can either hand it to us in person at our office or mail it to “6215 Ferris Sq Ste 240, San Diego CA, 92121”.

If you are going to be late submitting your payment, please let us know your situation so we can work something out together. While we do always offer a 7-day grace period for small issues, anything later does incur a $25 surcharge per day beyond the grace period end date.
